Seeds of Herbalism

An Introduction to the Art and Science of Herbalism

Class begins Sunday Jan 19th 10:00-12:30 | 6 weeks | thru Feb 23

Seeds of Herbalism is for anyone wanting to build a strong foundation of learning in herbalism.

My approach is broad, holistic and based in the ancient traditions of western herbalism. Together we will explore 12+ herbs, how to study herbs, how to make a plant profile, understanding formulas, energetics, and the tools to develop your own connections and relationships with the plants you are drawn to.

If you are falling in love with herbalism and the plants, finding your path can be confusing.

My goal is to help you build a strong foundation to allow your green path to flourish. The twists & turns will be all your own, but you will have tools and snacks (!) to navigate the journey.

Seeds of Herbalism Review

Cindy is a kind, humble and downright joyful human and wonderful teacher. She approaches her classes with solid structure and information, but leaves essential room for play and connection. I love that she encourages us to build the foundation of our own relationship with plants before working with them. She's a true devotee to Nature and makes it feel possible to deepen my own herbalism practice.

Who is the teacher?

Hi there, my name is Cindy Saylor. I am passionate about sharing my love of herbalism and nature connection with my students and clients. I believe herbs and plants provide a green path for everyone to explore. The plants provide instructions on how to best care for ourselves, each other, the creatures of the earth and the world we live in.

I am a practicing vitalist herbalist. My own life has been transformed by the practices I share. My clients and students have also found higher levels of vitality and health.

I offer personal consultations that feature natural solutions and herbs to change the trajectory of ones health. I am a community educator and teach classes around San Diego, including Wild Willow Farm and the World Beat Center.

Green Blessings and I hope to meet you soon!
